To address fragmented request processes, siloed communication, and limited visibility into campaign execution, I led the design and implementation of a unified work management system built on monday.com. The initiative centralized six or more disconnected intake forms into a single connected framework, ensuring every campaign, project, and request followed a consistent, measurable path from intake through execution and reporting. Working closely with marketing and creative stakeholders, I translated operational needs into scalable structures, configuring automation, dependencies, and data flows that connected campaign strategy to executional outcomes.
