MAP Implementation & Decommissioning

I led a full-scale Marketo implementation that established a governed, scalable foundation for campaign execution and lead management. By aligning architecture, process, and training, the program created a single, trusted system for marketing and sales, one that remains consistent and self-sustaining long after launch.

The Marketo architecture was fully integrated with Salesforce to support accurate lead capture, routing, and lifecycle progression. I established operational governance through standardized templates, role-based permissions, and documented workflows that supported consistent, compliant execution across business lines. Working closely with Sales and RevOps, I defined lead qualification thresholds, handoff processes, and routing logic to strengthen funnel integrity and sales alignment.

To support enterprise consolidation and data governance, I am leading the HubSpot Marketing Hub decommissioning plan and migration strategy, mapping all workflows, integrations, and dependencies into a global MarTech ecosystem. The project balances operational continuity with enterprise alignment, delivering a risk-mitigated roadmap for system sunset and transition.

✔️ Built a globally scalable, governance-driven Marketo instance recognized by Marketo Support in the top 10% of most well-structured implementations, establishing the technical and operational foundation for all downstream automation and reporting.

✔️Delivered a low-risk, enterprise-aligned migration roadmap to decommission HubSpot with 100% data fidelity, ensuring data continuity, compliance, and a smooth transition for global users.

✔️ Defined and implemented lifecycle architecture integrating Marketo with Salesforce, including triggered communications and standardized attribution frameworks to enable reliable funnel visibility.
